This was inspired by a recipe from Angie Key. Yummy comfort food. If you're not into turkey, you can use 93/7 ground beef. Don't forget to add a salad or other green veggie with this. Green beans work great with it.
Ingredients
- 1 lb 93/7 ground turkey
- 2 pkts brown gravy mix
- black pepper, to taste
- worcestershire sauce, to taste
- mashed potatoes or brown rice
Instructions
- Brown turkey seasoning to taste with black pepper and worcestershire sauce.
- Drain excess fat.
- Prepare gravy according to directions.
- Pour gravy over turkey & simmer 5 minutes.
- Serve over masted potatoes or brown rice.
Makes 4 servings.

I think this should freeze reasonably well.
