I just had a great conversation with Susan Varnell, one of the owners of Lone Star Management, about the recent gaps in communication between the home owners and our property managers. She understands our frustrations and is committed to improving those communications and relations. I know that’s a pretty vague statement, but I’ll keep you all posted as we figure out more in the coming weeks.
