There have been several requests to share information about foreclosures in the neighborhood. To help our neighbors understand the market we live in, I’ll post foreclosures in the neighborhood as they are listed in the MLS. Out of respect for people who are no doubt going through a very difficult time in their lives, I will not post them when they are posted at the courthouse.
